Day 1: Arrive Cape Town, South Africa
Upon arrival, you will be greeted and transferred to your hotel in a luxury vehicle. An African Travel concierge will meet you in the lobby and assist with check-in. Spend the rest of the day settling in and unwinding.
Day 2: Cape Town
Begin your day with breakfast and meet your group before setting off on a scenic tour of the Cape Peninsula. Drive past the pristine beaches of Camps Bay and Clifton, then follow the breathtaking route along Chapman’s Peak. Explore the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve before continuing to Boulders Beach to see the resident penguin colony. Savor a delicious lunch at Saveur Restaurant in the charming seaside suburb of Simon’s Town. Return to Cape Grace, perfectly situated on the waterfront, and relax at your hotel. You can also take time to explore the vibrant Victoria & Alfred Waterfront, home to some of the city's finest restaurants and shops.
Day 3: Cape Town
Today’s township excursion offers a meaningful look at South Africa’s vibrant spirit and the initiatives driving community transformation. In the evening, enjoy a vibrant and authentic African culinary experience with a 14-course dinner at the renowned GOLD restaurant, accompanied by drumming and cultural performances.
Day 4: Cape Town
Today, embark on a day tour of the nearby Winelands, a world-class wine-making region. Marvel at the scenic views, stroll through Stellenbosch, with its charming Cape Dutch architecture. Enjoy wine tastings at two premium wineries, a cellar tour, and a delicious lunch in Franschhoek, the gourmet capital of the Cape.
Day 5: Cape Town / Kruger Private Reserve
This morning, take a flight to Hoedspruit airport and transfer to a private reserve bordering the famous Kruger National Park. After settling in, enjoy your first game drive in the late afternoon.
Day 6: Kruger Private Reserve
Experience the brand-new Sandringham Lodge, part of the Sabi Sabi collection but uniquely located in the Timbavati area. Once a hunting reserve, it has been transformed into a conservation haven, teeming with wildlife. Another day of adventure awaits, with your passionate guides eager to share their expertise. The Kruger area is renowned for its Big Five safari—lion, leopard, rhino, buffalo, and elephant. You’ll have another opportunity to track these majestic animals and witness them in their natural habitat.
Day 9: Kruger Private Reserve / Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe
Take a short bush flight to Kruger Mpumalanga International Airport and connect to your flight to Victoria Falls. Upon arrival, you'll be escorted to your luxury accommodations for a two-night stay. This afternoon, enjoy a sunset cruise on the Zambezi River, where you can spot hippos playing in the water and elephants coming to the riverbank for their last drink before nightfall.
Day 10: Victoria Falls
Today immerse yourself in the majesty of Victoria Falls, one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World. Walk along misty rainforest trails, spotting rainbows over the falls, and then take a thrilling helicopter flight to appreciate the falls’ immense scale and beauty from above. Spend the rest of the day relaxing and enjoying the luxurious facilities and activities at your lodge. Conclude with a farewell dinner before retiring for the night.
Day 11: Victoria Falls/Depart
After a farewell breakfast, transfer to Victoria Falls Airport for your flight to Johannesburg. Although you are leaving Africa, you’ll return home with unforgettable memories that will last a lifetime.
