Day 1: Munich
Begin your train journey discovering centuries-old traditions in the heart of Bavaria's capital: Munich. It is a very visitor-friendly city in almost every aspect. See the fashionable Schwabing district and walk through Hoftgarten. (Overnight in Munich)
Day 2: Munich to Lake Bled
Lake Bled is a historic mountain resort with magnificent scenery. Enjoy sweeping alpine panoramas, medieval architecture, and a relaxing lakeside promenade. (Overnight in Lake Bled)
Day 3: Lake Bled
Located high above the shoreline on a rocky cliff, Bled Castle keeps a watchful eye over the shimmering, blueish-green lake. Today enjoy a small group tour which will take you across the drawbridge and through the Gothic arch into the Castle. Once inside, you'll be surprised by the number of things there is to do. From one of the courtyards, take in the stunning backdrop of the Julian Alps and the Karavanke. After, head back down the mountain and board a traditional "pletna" boat that will take you to the beautiful Bled Island where you can enjoy some free time to explore. Then head back across the lake and enjoy some dinner in any of the lakeside restaurants in Bled itself. (Overnight in Lake Bled)
Day 4: Lake Bled
Relax today and take a stroll around Lake Bled perhaps with a picnic or take photos of the postcard-perfect landscapes. Make sure you try a slice of the local specialty cream cake known as Kremna Rezina. (Overnight in Lake Bled)
Day 5: Lake Bled to Ljubljana
Travel by train from Lesce-Bled station to Ljubljana, Slovenia's capital. The city is located not too far from Lake Bled, which makes visiting Ljubljana incredibly simple. Explore the city on your own by visiting outdoor cafes, old town, its many museums, beautiful Tivoli Park, the Ljubljana Castle, and Triple Bridge. (Overnight in Ljubljana)
Day 6: Ljubljana to Zagreb
Board a direct train to Zagreb. Made for wandering, the vibrant city of Zagreb features plenty of crowd-pleasing attractions and landmarks. Visit St. Mark's Church, Tkalciceva Street, the main square and twin-spired Zagreb Cathedral. (Overnight in Zagreb)
Day 7: Zagreb
Relax in a cafe or stroll through plazas and parks. Visit Upper Town and walk through its cobbled streets, stop by Lotrščak Tower and Trg Bana Jelacica, or Peruse Dolac Market in the heart of the city. This afternoon, enjoy a small group tour learning about the troubled history of Zagreb (Overnight in Zagreb)
Day 8: Zagreb to Split
Travel by a direct train to Split. Surrounded by dramatic mountains and the dreamy waters of the Adriatic, Split is the perfect destination to experience the Dalmatian Coast. Check out Diocletian's Palace (a UNESCO World Heritage Site), Cathedral of St Domnius, Klis Fortress, and the Temple of Jupiter. (Overnight in Split)

Split is truly a joy to discover! Famed for its 4th-century fortress complex, Diocletian's Palace, your walking tour included here will treat you to views of courtyards, an impressive cathedral, and much more. The city also boasts numerous beaches if you'd like to sit back, relax and soak up the scenery. Day 10: Split to Dubrovnik
Catch a morning bus to Dubrovnik, where there are endless things to do year-round. Spend the afternoon lounging at the city beach, Banje, just a short walk from the Ploce Gate. In the evening, visit the oldest market in town in the baroque square of Gunduliceva poljana. (Overnight in Dubrovnik)
Day 11: Dubrovnik
Spend a full day getting the most out of Dubrovnik with a walking tour of both the city walls and old town Admire the Renaissance facades of the Sponza Palace, unearth historical gems in the museum within the Gothic Rector's Palace, and don't miss a trip to St Blaise's Church, an imposing Baroque masterpiece and one of the city's most popular sights.
