Day 1: Sydney

Welcome to one of the world's most beautiful and exciting cities! Visitors are spoilt for a range of experiences and attractions to enjoy. A bustling city centre, amazing architecture, golden beaches, beautiful weather, and a world-famous harbour are just a few reasons to travel here. (Overnight in Sydney)

Day 2: Sydney

Use your included Sydney Explorer Pass to discover the city's most popular attractions and landmarks, including the Tarango Zoo, Sydney Opera House, SEA LIFE Sydney Aquarium, Bondi coastal walking tour, and much more! Check out delicious cuisine at up and coming restaurants, do some shopping on Pitt Street, learn about Aboriginal culture and history, join locals for a barbecue, or check out the permanent collections of the Museum of Contemporary Art for free. See the Rocks neighbourhood, Chinatown, the Gap in Watsons Bay, Darling Harbour, and world-famous Manly Beach. (Overnight in Sydney)

Day 3: Sydney & The Blue Mountains

Experience a full-day, all-inclusive tour of the magical, mysterious Blue Mountains. Visit Sydney Zoo on your way out of the city then learn all and traditional Aboriginal tools, artefacts and bush tucker and the Bungarribee Dreaming Experience. Enjoy lunch in the charming village of Leura before a ride on the Scenic Skyway, Cableway, Walkway, and Railway at Scenic World. Take the 2.4km stroll on the elevated boardwalk through the Jurassic rainforest for the perfect vantage point of the incredible Three Sisters and Jamison Valley. the scenery truly is breath-taking, but when the time comes to head back to the city do so with a scenic cruise to Sydney Harbour along the Parramatta River. Day 4: Melbourne

Spend the day enjoying the scenery of New South Wales and Victoria aboard the train to Melbourne in first class. In arriving make your way to your hotel for a three-night stay, then head out for dinner in any of Melbourne's fantastic restaurants. (Overnight Melbourne)

Day 5: Melbourne

Get to know the city on your own. Stay local and check out the Royal Botanic Gardens Melbourne, St Kilda beach, and Melbourne Museum. Up for a day trip somewhere memorable, take the Great Ocean Road along the breath-taking stretches of coastline to Port Campbell National Park and the Twelve Apostles. In the evening, explore the city's dining and nightlife scene. (Overnight in Melbourne)

Day 6: Phillip Island Penguin Parade Evening Tour

Spend the morning and early afternoon wandering the labyrinth of grand boulevards and alleyways to see the city's well-preserved Victorian architecture, relaxing near the banks of the Yarra, or shopping at the bustling Queen Victoria Market. Later, you'll be picked up from your hotel for your included Phillip Island Penguin Parade evening tour. Cross the bridge to Phillip Island in the fishing village of San Remo before arriving at the Phillip Island Visitor Information Centre, where you'll learn all about the little penguins. At Summerland Beach, you'll get to see the nightly ritual of the fairy penguins waddling out of the ocean into their burrows in the sand. (Overnight in Melbourne)

Day 7: Overlander Train to Adelaide

In the morning board the Overland train from Melbourne Southern Cross station to Parklands Terminal in Adelaide. With Red Premium Service, you'll enjoy all-inclusive breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea and a relaxing and comfortable journey while taking in the diverse landscapes between these two incredible cities. Upon arrival in the coastal capital of Adelaide, get settled at your hotel. (Overnight in Adelaide)

Day 8: Adelaide

Today enjoy lively city of Adelaide. Featuring an enjoyable Mediterranean climate, miles of beautiful coastline, green parks, a vibrant arts and music scene, delicious cuisine, and some of the world's best wine, let's just say it' worth a visit. Discover must-experience attractions just outside of the city on you own. Dreaming of cuddling a koala, the opportunity is available at the Cleland Wildlife Park in Adelaide Hills. So is some of Australia's best wine tasting, especially at McLaren Vale and the Barossa Valley. Speak to your Sales Consultant about a trip out to Kangaroo Island for some amazing scenery. Day 9: The Barossa Valley

Enjoy a real treat today with an all-day tour to the world-renowned Barossa wine region. Travel through some stunning scenery and some beautiful vineyards, stopping in the award winning Pinarie for a tasting and morning tea. Following some free time in Tanunda a gourmet lunch is served on the famous Lambert Estate, then there is even time for a visit to the Barossa Valley Chocolate Company for a further wine (and chocolate!) tasting before returning to Adelaide.

Day 10: Adelaide & The Indian Pacific

Check out of your hotel and perhaps check out Central Market, Art Gallery of South Australia, Adelaide Oval, or the Adelaide Zoo, then perhaps stroll through the Adelaide Botanic Gardens or grab a picnic and hit one of the beaches. In the evening climb aboard the Indian Pacific train and settle into the comfort of your Gold Class cabin for the night, heading west to Perth. (Overnight Onboard)

Day 11: The Indian Pacific

Take the opportunity today to stretch your legs and explore the railway ghost town of Cook, with a self-guided map. Then later in the day Hop off the train again at Rawlinna for an evening experience under the magical stars on the Nullarbor Plain in Western Australia. (Overnight onboard)

Day 12: Perth

Relax in the comfort of the train and all onboard facilities today prior to arriving into Perth in the afternoon. Make your way to your hotel on arrival for a two-night stay.

Day 13: Rottnest Island

Take to the water this morning with a scenic cruise along the Swan River to historic Freemantle, then over to the very special Rottnest Island. Home of Shipwrecks, spectacular white sandy beaches, unique wildlife and a fascinating and colorful history your tour will encompass the whole island including the Wadjemup Lighthouse. Enjoy lunch at Karma Rottnest before beginning the journey back to Perth for the evening. (Overnight Perth)
